The hotel is nothing special, similar to most hotel in this range. Room was clean spacious, small clothing hanging area, great shower, TV (only French station) so bring your tablet if want to watch English TV. WiFi was fine for what I needed. The breakfast was my kind of breakfast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats, French breads, pastries, coffee, (tea available too), scrambled eggs and bacon. Gave me enough calories to walk around exploring the city (the Nantes Pass was well used) until around 3 pm not good time to get hungry restaurants shut down and open around 7 pm. There is a bar and the restaurant serves a buffet style evening meal. Did not eat there so can't comment on the good served. The location is some distance from the city centre if on foot, but the busses run every few minutes in front of the hotel up until around 23:00 then every half hour I read on one of the signs. The bus stop in either direction is a few metres from the hotel entrance. The two young ladies who did the evening shift during my stay were friendly, helpful and made my stay a very pleasant one.

The hotel underground car park is limited if driving a large vehicle but we travelled by motorcycle so was excellent and secure. All facilities were clean and the restaurant seemed popular, with a small outside terrace if required. We didn't eat there but the food did look good, next time! The bus stopped outside, within 10 minutes we were in the city centre (Excellent public transport - UK could learn something), easy to use and free all over the weekends. The staff were excellent, they were of great assistance when my wife became very ill, helping with getting medical aid and extending our stay in our room to avoid her having to relocate. Location excellent, bus outside the hotel brings you to city centre every 10 mins.. Area was very safe, rooms quiet at night even beside busy road. Beds very comfy!! Air-conditioning too..

The room was extremely cozy and very comfortable. The air conditioning was strong and not noisy at all, and the windows completely blocked out any noise from outside. There were also blackout curtains, so we were able to get an amazing night’s sleep. We arrived very tired, so it was amazing to have so much comfort. We even paid for late checkout to sleep more before flying home.

Booked into this hotel for a 2 day visit to Nantes. Chosen for its location and previous satisfaction with Campanile. Parking was good. Reception staff were very helpful. The room was a little small but adequate for our needs. Breakfast choice was good. Ate in the hotel both nights food and choice was good. The bus stop was virtually on our doorstep and a supermarket just up the road. Bought a Nantes pass in the hotel good for transport and access to venues.

The room was neat, clean and well maintained. It was also well ventilated and had good sunlight. The view from the room was nice and one could see the trees and the greenery around. The bus top is near to the hotel.

Easy to locate. Tram service right outside, into the City- free at weekends. Room Very clean and bright. Beds comfortable.

The receptionist was very, very helpful , and friendly. The room was ready on arrival and very clean with every we needed. The beds where comfortable. The hotel was situated in a good position just off the Nante ringroad and had loads of amenities close by. The bus no 38 that goes to the airport is situated 6 mins away and is under 2€.
