Booked into this hotel for a 2 day visit to Nantes. Chosen for its location and previous satisfaction with Campanile. Parking was good. Reception staff were very helpful. The room was a little small but adequate for our needs. Breakfast choice was good. Ate in the hotel both nights food and choice was good. The bus stop was virtually on our doorstep and a supermarket just up the road. Bought a Nantes pass in the hotel good for transport and access to venues.

Easy to locate. Tram service right outside, into the City- free at weekends. Room Very clean and bright. Beds comfortable.

The overall looks of the hotel, the fact that it is new. The location of the hotel suited our needs perfectly and it is comfortably reachable from both the airport and the train station. It is really close to the town center as well so it is a plus too, yet the district is quiet and the noise insulation of the room is pretty good too. The room was also perfectly clean so I was really satisfied with that. Actually I often chose Campanille in places where I travel to because of the ideal value to price ratio.

Walking distance from the city centre and excellent public transport right out the door. Good breakfast available.

Excellent value for money. Great buffet breakfast. Comfortable room although I would have preferred a room without an extra bed. Airco works fast and silently. The bath-and-shower combo is not ideal but the rain shower made up for it.

The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was good, and the outside sitting area at the restaurant is great (good to sit outside for breakfast in summer), Room service is great (clean), Easily got the parking, the only issue with parking is on weekends or when the hotel is full, as they have only limited space for parking. And overall experience is good and value for money.

Secure Parking for Motorbikes and easy to drive to, bus outside door bringing you straight into centre if you don't fancy the walk. Team were so helpful and friendly in what was really busy time with rugby game on. Jimmy in particular was a star and made check in very welcoming and was extremely helpful during our stay when we had a couple of questions. Comfy beds and quiet rooms.

The road facing rooms were good, with excellent noise cancelling windows to block out traffic sounds. Meals were very good value for money (breakfast and dinner) and car parking underground was a bonus. We arrived too early for the room but the hotel allowed us to leave the car and go into the city to visit the attractions. The hotel is a good 40 min walk from the city but perfectly there is bus stop outside the hotel that goes into the city (line 4) both ways - and free at the weekend. The hotel was efficient, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and after a day of walking, an excellent sleep was had.
